"Nice Open House, tons of traffic, more traffic than a normal weekend. We had lots of compliments on the mailer from people who came in, and we sold more units than a normal weekend, so that is good. I saw some service coupons redeemed.
The Open House was a good start to the spring. The mailer is only responsible for 50% of the sale--getting people in the door. The rest is our job to close, so it did it's job."
